AUTOAPS LLC maintains security policies and practices in its facilities and systems to protect appropriate information from unauthorized access and inappropriate disclosure, alteration or destruction and within HIPAA guidelines. Security includes but is not limited to encryption, physical access security and other appropriate technology measures. We continually review and enhance our security systems.

· We do not compile or distribute mailing lists or consumer marketing data from information we receive from clients.

· We do not modify or correct information obtained from other sources.

Obtaining and Sharing Information

AUTOAPS LLC respects the privacy of individuals while obtaining information for legitimate businesses that can demonstrate a valid need for such information. We obtain and disclose such information pursuant to appropriate written authorizations to gather information for, and disclose it to our clients for the purposes of their underwriting and servicing of insurance policies. We handle such information in accordance with the client’s directions, written authorizations, our contractual agreements with our clients, and all applicable laws.

AUTOAPS LLC does not share information obtained for a client with its other clients unless authorization permits us to do so.

Use of Cookies

AUTOAPS LLC makes use of session and persistent cookies on its web sites. At no time will any personal information be stored in the cookies, nor will the cookies be utilized to track a user's browsing habits.
